Fullness in stomach, persistent small runny nose, sore throat and sore eyes but no fever. acid reflux/indigestion. is esophagus damaged?

Esophagus damage: Have you been diagnosed with acid refulx or on medication for it? Do you have any digested blood in your stool or vomit fresh blood? these would be signs of concern regarding gastric or esophageal damage. Only an upper endocsopic exam by you GI doctor can answer that definitively. You may also have chronic post-nasal drainage due to allergies or sinusitis which can explain your symptoms sore eyes.

Maybe: Acid reflux can cause inflammation of esophagus, sore throat, abdominal bloatedness and cough specially at night. Try Prilosec otc . See your doctor if this does not work
