You may have pulled: a muscle, or slept funny and woke up in a different position while sleeping that left your back with a spasm if your twist or torque in a certain way. If you've taken NSAIDS OTC that aren't helping, then you need to get checked out by UR doctor, or see an osteopathic physician for 2nd opinion and treatment.Look for a neuromusculoskeletal (NMM) DO physician to get you out of this pain & correct it.
