Occasionally: Some males can continue to grow as late as age 24 or 25. Most stop by age 20 or so. Hope this helps!

Yes but not likely: Most people have fused growth plates by this stage in life. Males are generally done growing by age 18-19. Females are fully grown by age 16-17.
