One week i have hard dyspnea and pain in upper back.i'm 20 and have scoliosis.i am used to these symptoms of scoliosis but now they are very intense!

It can B due 2 scoli: but only in severe cases. This is because of reduced lung capacity from the curve. It does need looking into as scoliosis does not have symptoms, unless it is so severe that it is decompensating & collapsing.
