No you can't: Have you had a graduated treadmill exercise test with pulse oximetry to quantitate your breathlessness and palpitations? If your lab can do it, a cardio-metabolic stress test would be even better, measuring your CO2 with exercise. How about: echocardiogram, chest x-ray, CBC, BNP, BMP, ddimer and TSH too?
