Bites on chest: With any insect bites you want to keep the area clean. Use an antibacterial soap and water and then apply an antibiotic and cortisone cream twice a day. If the area continues to get bigger or you develop a fever you need to go to the ER to make sure you don't develop a serious infection. Don't pick at it
