Nothing by itself: Lab values are meaningless apart from the clinical picture. A high RBC count without a high hematocrit may be thal minor, or if both are up, you may be dehydrated or have any of dozens of other things going on. Whoever prescribed your antibiotic has a duty to explain what's going on & whether your high white count is from an infection. Insist your physician talk straight & answer these questions.
