Your wbc is within normal limits. Your rbc is very high. Your neutrophil count is very low. Polycythema is present when red,white & platelet counts are high. Erythrocytosis is when only red cells are high. This could be from, dehydration, chronic pulmonary disease or severe stress. I recommend consulting a hematologist for evaluation, proper testing&advice. You may be referred to a pulmonologis
