UPT, if applicable: If you have been sexually active and not on BCP, you may be experiencing signs of early pregnancy, for which UPT may become positive in ~ 1-2 wks of conception. If not pregnant, normal hormonal fluctuationscan also cause soreness and fullness in breast. If the symptoms persist beyond a week, I would recommend an examination in a doctor's office and testing as indicated.. Good luck!
