Unbalanced diet: Ask pediatrician to determine if low oral motor tone or another health issue is preventing your child's chewing. Take completed developmental screens & M-CHAT from firstsigns.org to the visit. Seek assessment of developmental & nutrition from your Early Intervention Program. Limit milk to 16-21 oz./ day. Two oz. of processed cheese, 1 1/2 oz. of natural cheese & 8 oz. of yoghurt = 1 cup of milk.
