Oatmeal: If you are eating a lot of high fiber food that could be an issue. Also some people get bloating, gas & abdominal cramping if they have oatmeal sensitivity or allergy.

Bloating and pain: Your diet sounds ok. Important to have chicken/turkey breast and fin fish; salmon, tilapia, tuna for examples. I would suggest removing from your diet one item for a week at a time to attempt to isolate a problematic food. If your bloating is lower abdominal you may have irritable bowel syndrome which can be easily managed by your physician. Other etiology of bloating may require an exam and lab.
