A member asked:

What information does a 2d echo give ....what does a doctor look at in the 2d echo test that convinces him to take the patient for an angiogram?

A doctor has provided 1 answer

Switch the doctor: end up with a needless angiogram . Must have a compelling indication for performing an invasive procedure . Speak to your own doctor will explain why it is not done. If you are not satisfied take a second opinion first not the angiogram.
