No: Unless you have been very ill or malnourished for extended periods then it is unlikely that you can grow any more. Remember, please, size does not matter! Tall or short only describes a physical trait, it does not automatically confer kindness, generosity, responsibility, a sense of humor, the ability to be a good friend or a good person to work with. Smarts, talent, joy are not due to size!
