I am 21 years old.i look thin(49kgs) height 5.6fts.no change in my personality past 3years..i'm using step up medicine to grow height.any side effects?

A doctor has provided 1 answer

Unknown: Because there is no medicine or supplement to grow additional height at age 21 years, anything that a person is taking to try to do that may have unknown effects (basically, any effects would be considered side effects). One can exercise and get adequate calcium and vitamin d, to maintain strong bones.
