I'm so sorry: Hi. I suspect you know the answer to your question. Prognosis goes down in cancer as Stage goes up, and pancreatic CA is a bad one. The prognosis is grim. I hope he/she is having pain managed. I wish I could say good luck, but luck will not be good in this case.

Poor: Stage 4 pancreatic cancer has a poor prognosis in general, but only the physician caring for your friend can really answer this question. Very tough disease.
