Candidiasis: Yes, yeast infections can cause bumps called satellite lesions which spread from the main rash. Make sure to treat all of these areas.

Yes: Yes you can but the rash is usual moist with a yeast infection. Soap residue may cause the same problem and thus be sure that the area is rinsed out thoroughly after bathing.
