Maybe not fungus: Newborns have a lot of adjusting to do to extra uterine life. One of them is skin adaptation. Are you doing this treatment on your own or under a pediatrician's advice? Neck crease rashes are usually seborrhea, not a fungus. Check with your pediatrician for proper attention to her skin.
