Nasal congestion: You may have sinus congestion in one of the lesser known sinuses - either the ethmoid or frontal that flares when you are supine. You may benefit from a trial of nasal decongestant - I like pseudoephedrine either 30 or 60 mg every 6-8 hours. If this doesn't help a sinus CT scan may be helpful. Good luck
