Are you using this: for sleep? We don't have bisulepine here and valerian root is often use to calm people down for sleep, and as a mild relaxer. This combo will make you very drowsy if that is your intent. Do speak with your doctor about this combination before taking it, so you are clear what your goals are in using it together. If used separately, it will make you drowsy. So not sure whether you need to combine it?
