Repost: Try reposting your question a little more clearly. I do not have enough info to fully understand your situation. If you had a positive pregnancy test, but then it turned negative, that is consistent with a miscarriage.

What happened?: Yes, it is likely this is what happened given that the test was positive. Now that you are past this episode do you know how to prevent pregnancy? Will you get to your family doctor or planned parenthood to make sure you are getting excellent healthcare and are protected against pregnancy at your young age?
