Explain: Unsure what the question is but illegal drugs cannot be used by train drivers and neither can medications that may cause drowsiness, change in sensorium or changes in your mental capability in any way be used. Anything or condition that will disturb the ability to safely handle the safe operation of the train should be discussed with the certifying doctor.
