May never know: Domperidone is a category C pregnancy drug, meaning that either adverse effects have been noted on animal fetuses or there are not enough human studies to give us a proper review of the effects on human fetuses. We will give this drug if the benefit outweighs the risks, but you will likely never know whether your miscarriage was due to the drug. I'm sorry for your loss.
