Self limiting: The hard night guard will return the teeth to the position they were when the impression was taken. Each day the teeth will shift to the new comfy spot and at night the NG pushes it back to the original position. sometimes the tightness is related to the processing of the NG at the lab. you may want to visit the dentist again to adjust the fit or have them remake the NG.
