Pulmonologist: A pulmonologist is best qualified to advise you about flying in a comercial aircraft with its pressurized cabin. A cause for the collapse of that lobe will also be pursued as will the type of treatment needed.

I wouldn't : when you have a collapsed lung, the changes in air pressure in flying could cause it to get worse or collapse entirely. Unless it is absolutely necessary, I would stay on the ground.
