Check with Doc: You need to check with her Pulmonologist. Some people need to wait a certain amount of time before they can fly and also depends on the extent of the collapsed lung.

Need to be checked: You need to see your lung specialist to do some pulmonary testing and see how much volume is has left and whether she is at risk for further collapse. They need to check her oxygen sats and pulmonary function tests. She should be examined before considering flying
