GB disease: If you're having classic gallbladder symptoms - ruq pain, radiates to back, nausea and bloating, worse with fatty foods- and your HIDA scan is abnormal or low "normal", you should seek a surgical opinion. I suggest you'd do better with your gallbladder out. In the meantime, stay on low fat diet, and don't cheat. Good luck.

Depends on sxs: If symptoms are characteristic of biliary colic, pain from diseased gb, then no matter what result of HIDA test may need to have surgery. A diet for gb symptom reduction may help in making decision about gall bladder involvement.Physician should be able to help with this decision.
