See your doctor: Fat necrosis causes lumps below the skin early in life, harden, and become calcified, but can get infected since they are close to the skin surface. Other causes include peri-rectal abscess, per-cutaneous fistula, sacro-coccygeal teratoma, or an old trauma from birth. The true cause will be best diagnosed with an ultrasound or scan( CT or MRI)of the affected area. See your GP for answers now!
