Stop azithromycin: You neglect to indicate the dose, but you probably are suffering effects of the antibiotic. FIRST STOP Azithromycin. This is not a standard treatment for acne. Consult a gastroenterologist about your intestinal issues. Use only topical acne therapy. A dermatologist can help you.
