Muscle nutrients: You need to see a doctor to determine the cause of these leg cramps. Mostly at 25 yo male, a common cause is exercise that many strain the muscles in this area, depleting needed electrolytes. If so, something like a sports drink (Gatorade) may help, but a correct diagnosis is needed so the correct treatment can start, as other things can also cause leg cramping and should be evaluated.
