You need exam: this sounds like a muscle twitch (fasciculation), sometimes it is just a benign fasciculation from overuse of the muscle, sometimes it is from a more serious cause like motor nerve, root, or anterior horn problem, you need to see a neurologist for EMG/NCS if it persists
