Big big toes: We all feel that we have body parts that aren't ideal compared to those we see on TV or in movie theaters. With that said, even biggest of big toes shouldn't cause tripping. Instead, I would consider a gait analysis to make sure that lift phase is correct. Heck, your family doc could easily check for drop foot which could explain tripping. If no surgical solution, consider ankle foot orthotic
