Abdominal pain: There are many causes of abdominal pain, some not even involving abdomen, such as pneumonia irritating diaphragm. Heartburn & peptic ulcer disease, kidney stones, gallbladder stones, pancreatitis, appendicitis, diverticulitis, bladder infections, even labor etc can all cause abdominal pain. So can constipation & diarrhea. If simple over-the-counter remedies don't help, best to see your doctor.
