Cholecystectomy !?: cholecystecomy is not always cure for biliary pain I mean that right side pain. Removal of gall bladder may not help all the time for dyskinesia or other gastric related pains. Pain lying on right side is unusual symptom. Gastroparesis need to be evaluated more in your scenario. It could be simple muscle pain if it's purely positional. See a gastroenterologist to be examined and further testing.
