I had temperature with a sore throat few days ago. i medicated with hash (marijuana) and now after work i can't feel my legs and right arm.

Call your doctor: immediately if you still have symptoms now, or go to the urgent care if open, or ER. Your hash may have been contaminated with other products that are causing you to feel worse, and a drug screen has to be done to see what else you ingested or smoked or took that can be causing this problem. Sore throat with temperature history doesn't produce this type of neurological symptoms.
