Appetite: I am assuming that you are having issues with appetite that you believe are due to the anti-epileptics that you have been prescribed. Some medications, possibly topiramate more than others may sometimes cause this side effect, I recommend that you discuss with your Physician/ Neurologist to evaluate & decide if adjustment of medicines is needed.
