Vague question...: But it sounds like you probably have a problem with tics, ritualized behavior or obsessions and compulsions. You need a doctor to help make the diagnosis and probably also a visit with a psychiatrist. This is a treatable problem, but can really interfere with everyday life if it goes untreated. Please make an appointment to discuss this with a doctor, and you should be able to work on this problem

OCD: I believe you are describing classic obsessive compulsive disorder. See your MD to discuss getting started with cognitive behavioral therapy and possibly medication to help with these symptoms. This can be quite irritating and can inhibit lifestyle. Good luck!
