Glomus: Those are both options but usually a small glomus is better treated with surgery.

Glommus Jugulare: Treatment is only done if significant symptoms are present.The main treatment is surgery. Surgery is complex and risky.Embolization may be performed before surgery to prevent excess bleeding during surgery.After surgery, radiation therapy may be used to treat any part of the tumor that could not be removed completely.Some glomus tumors can be treated with stereotactic radiosurgery.
