I have a small tumor in my parotid gland and i am wondering if this electric type shock that runs from behind my ear and down my neck are related?

It could be: Small parotid tumors rarely produce any symptoms. So this sensation could be simply because your mind is more focused on this area, now that you know something is wrong there. But there is a large nerve(facial nerve) which travels right through the parotid gland. So this could be a possible explanation as the tumor could be close to or be compressing one of its branches.
