Most likely: That size weight gain will have an impact on the entire system. It is like carrying 25 plus weights in each hand all of the time so you are exertiing yourself . This can lead to breathlessness. It is also hard on your joints and makes you at greater risk for chronic diseases. It might help,to look at the time frame of your weight gain and what, if anything, was different in your life.
