Hi i have taken 10 cocodimals within the space of 5 hours i took the last one about 7 hours ago and i feel sick now what should i do ?

Go to ED: Call a friend or relative or call 911 to be taken to ED. Unsure what the dose of the codeine is that you took, and if you overdose you can stop breathing so you need to be evaluated and watched at least for a little bit so that you don't run the risk of dying.

And--you're getting into Tylenol (acetaminophen) toxicity territory, so STOP THE MADNESS.The recommended dose is 1-2 every 4-6 hours! What are you taking it for?? Whatever it is, if that CoCo-whatever (Co-codamol 30/500) isn't helping, then get back to the doctor (or call him/her). If he can't see you and you are in that much pain, go to an Urgent Care.
