i am supposed to take iron supplements 3x a day but i don't always eat 3 meals a day. iron hem 9.2. are there other ways to take in iron?

Iron supplementation: You should try to eat 3 meals a day, but even if you didn't that should not stop you from taking the iron supplement as prescribed. Take it with Vit C or Vit C containing products like orange juice and avoid dairy an hour before and after taking iron. Other iron rich foods are meats, in particular liver, and dark greens
