Infection? Appy?: If your pain present the entire 9 weeks and improving, not as worriesome. If pain has moved, is a new pain, or other symptoms like fever, redness, drainage, vomiting, no appetite then be concerned about things like infection, fluid in wound, appendicitis. See a doctor if any other symptoms or if this is new pain. Appendicitis & gallstones (right side of abdomen) common after pregnancy.
