Possibly : Scars can often be symptomatic even months after a procedure. If the scar is rubbed by clothing, it may become inflamed and need topical treatment. If the scar is becoming raised, it may have become a keloid and need injections to flatten again. Finally, in that area, yeast infections can occur over a scar and make the area red.
