May be disease: Axillary node are either inflammatory or related to tumor. If the node doesn't enlarge in the next few weeks and there is no evidence of a skin lesion on the arm or chest wall I would wait several weeks to see if it disappears, increases in size and or increases in number. At that time a biopsy should be performed by excision and not aspiration in order to rule out lymphoma.
