What to do for chronic muscle tightness and pain that is also causing daily tension headaches (1.5 years) due to mild cerebral palsy. i was offered no medication or anything and im miserable and very depressed. pt hasnt worked much?

Highly recommend a visit to a physiatrist to design a rehab program to turn this around. Tension headaches may be an incorrect diagnosis, and you might explore possibility of migraine. You would benefit from a brand new re-evaluation.
