Urinalysis: It suggests that there is an inflammatory process somewhere in or around your urinary tract, but in order to diagnose this you would need to provide an extensive history and undergo further examinations. See a urologist.

Sterile pyuria: That's the name for white blood cells in the urine without any typical bacterial growth on standard culture techniques. Many different processes can cause this from tuberculosis of the kidney, fungal infections of the urinary tract, or noninfectious inflammation of the genitourinary tract. Ideally either your primary care or a nephrologist would assist in further evaluating you for this finding.

Clean catch?: If the specimen was not midstream clean catch - where after a mild antiseptic wipe of the penis tip, only the middle part of the urine stream goes into the cup - then this could be debris. Most likely, you nave no infection if the urine culture was negative. What were your symptoms? Hope that helps

No urinary infection: When a urine culture results show no urinary tract infection, but the microscopic urine analysis shows many pus cells(white blood cells). It usually means that the specimen was contaminated by picking up some vaginal white blood cells(WBC) which are often present in small numbers in normal vaginal secretion.
