I sleep for almost 10 hours daily on weekdays and for almost 15 hours on weekends. what are the effects of excessive sleeping on my health.

Deconditioning: The more time you spend in bed, the less time you spend in your daily activity. The results can be weight gain, loss of muscle mass, abnormalities in your blood sugar and blood fats, poor cardiovascular fitness. The list goes on and on. What I would want to know is, why do you need so much sleep? It's important that you find out.
