Antispasmodic: Spasmo proxivon is anti spasmodic drug but with serious side effects. I'm not sure you can find it inUSA. It is sold commonly in India. It contains dicyclomine and Paracetamol. Taken for abdominal spasms Develops resistance soon and patient requires higher doses to get the same feeling.
