Influenza: Sorry to burst any bubbles here, but Airborne or vitamins (D, C, or anything else) do not protect against colds or influenza. Get a flu shot if not already done; and use common sense hygiene in all contacts with people (frequent hand washing or alcohol gel, etc). If you have a medical condition that makes flu more dangerous (e.g. heart or lung disease, immune deficiency)... [see comment below]

Flu vaccination: You ought to get vaccination for influenza. Vitamin D is okay, but do not expect it to prevent flu. Airborne is useless and is just lightening your wallet. Wish you good health! - Have a diet rich in fresh vegetables, fruits, whole grains, milk and milk products, nuts, beans, legumes, lentils and small amounts of lean meats. Avoid saturated fats. Drink enough water daily, so that your urine is mostly colorless. Exercise at least 150 minutes/week and increase the intensity of exercise gradually. Do not use tobacco, alcohol, weed or street drugs in any form. Practice safe sex, if you have sex.
