Fiber!: Increase the amount of fiber that you are taking every day. I recommend two tablespoons of metamucil with a glass of water twice a day. This will prevent straining and allow for time to heal.

I have a small skin tag like structure that developed on my anus which could be an external hemorrhoid but im not certain.
